Dear pilots! Dear ballonteams!
The BP Gas Balloon Trophy is coming in quick steps. The preparations are going well.
Change staff: 
Competiton Director Dan Sherrill USA, Deputy Heidrun Prosch AUT
Your Arrival:
Day of arrival is Saturday, 23rd January 2010
The Google map location on the website indicates your goals.
The competition office (with Check In) is at the airport Zell am See.
CHECK-IN is in the competition office at the airport Zell am See,
Saturday 23rd January 2010, 12:00 to 16:00.
The General Briefing will be hold 23rd January 2010 at 19:00 in the Salomonstation.
Refuelling:
Saturday from 15:30 to 17:00 you have the possibility to fill your tanks

We hope, that we will have a nice event & are open to any suggestions.

compulsory liability insurance for hot air balloons in Austria:
 minimum amount of coverage in SZR = Sonderziehungsrechte = SDR = special drawing rights
<    500 kg MTOM -   750 000 SZR
< 1 000 kg MTOM - 1 500 000 SZR
< 2 700 kg MTOM - 3 000 000 SZR
< 6 000 kg MTOM - 7 000 000 SZR
